Any bidding or immediate purchase on the site eBay or Infoboutik implies in fact the adhesion of the purchaser in the present general conditions of saleoute
Order : Any bidding or immediate purchase is worth acceptance of these general conditions of purchase.
In accordance with the legislation in force, the private individuals have a time of retractation. If, in spite of the care taken to the selection of our products and forwarding, some of our articles do not give you whole satisfaction, you can return them to us within 7 Nets day according to their reception.
After checking of the state of the goods, we will establish one to have amount corresponding to the turned over articles, except forwarding costs which remain with your load and made deduction of the handing-over and overheads in stock.
We draw your attention to the fact that the articles must be turned over to us in their packing of origin and that the expenses of return are with your load.
The purchases can be cumulated over one 5 Nets days period to profit from a sending grouped in only one delivery. Beyond this 5 Nets days deadline, the purchases will be the subject of several deliveries.
Payment : 48 hours at the latest after your purchase, you will receive a message indicating all useful information to you in order to proceed to the payment of your purchases.

Your payment must reach us under 7 days after the last purchase.
In the event of delay, you will receive a first recall. Without response of your share under 48 hours or if your payment does not reach us 10 days after the purchase, a litigation for unpaid object will be open at Ebay. If your payment reaches us in the week which follows, the file will be closed. In the contrary case, the refunding of the sales commission will be requested from Ebay, what will automatically generate a warning of their share.
You will receive an acknowledgement of delivery of your payment under 12 midnight.
Shipment : The time of preparation of the orders is 3 days wrought maximum subject to a complete payment.

For the articles not corresponding to your waiting:

- At reception of the article, after control, we will establish one to have selling price article (S) (except expenses of delivery)
For the articles presenting a defect (apart from deteriorations during transport):
- Subject to availability and after reception as a preliminary of one photomontrant explicitementle defect (all our objects being checked before forwarding), an identical article will be dispatched to you with our expenses, or refunding will be proposed to you.
Communication : We answer all the emails within 12 midnight maximum of Monday at Sunday. Thus do not hesitate to ask us all the questions before raising. Once the bidding finished it will be too late
Feedback: The evaluations are deposited after reception of yours.
New Menbers: The new serious ebayeurs are welcome.
The received biddings of ebayor with negative profile are refused systematically.
Those of members having received more than 20% of negative feedback will be cancelled systematically.
We reserve ourselves the right to prohibit the enchérisseurs who do not observe the present conditions of sale or which have the unpaid ones.
